MEET MARSHALL
As a father, pastor, veteran, professor, and native Como resident, Marshall Hobbs has a vested interest in making Fort Worth’s District 6 a strong, safe, vibrant District. With his understanding of local and national issues, Marshall has his finger on the pulse of community interests. Being a lifelong learner, Marshall understands what it takes to listen to his constituents, research the best solutions for the problems brought to his attention, and implement programs to make not only District 6, but the whole of Fort Worth stronger and safer.
Being a university government professor, Marshall knows that conservative beliefs are what the constitution was designed for. He believes in the will of the people, small government, and low taxes. His desire is to create initiatives to lower property owner’s taxes, increase mixed-use development within District 6, and increase support of city services such as police, fire, and EMT.
